It looks like you didn't install it at all, you simply untarred the
distribution into /usr/bin. Did you follow the instructions in the
README file? Which are, basically:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install
Then, you'll also need the Data-Dumper module (which you should
install prior to DBI), and the Msql-Mysql-modules module (which you
should install after DBI.
