Joins...

Ok... time to show my ignorance... I have been programming databases for
about a year now, and there is something that bothers me... I don't
actually know what all of the different joins do!  Is there a chance
someone could just email me a small list of all of the different types of
joins that are possible, and what distinguishes each one from each other?
