Load Infile import puts ' " ' in front of each field?

Hi folks,

I did a load infile statement of data that was comma delimited and fields 
enclosed in quotes.

Question ? As a result all my field values in the table start with
quotes '"', that is one set of double quotes.

the text file used was exported from Nt from Win SQL server.

It looked fine with its syntax.

Any ideas?
