Hello Kevin,
It's possible that we left the file mysqld-nt.exe away from the
shareware version of MySQL for Windows. We'll check this as soon as
possible and see, if we should include it also in the shareware
version. If you have the official version of MySQL for Windows and the
file is still missing, please contact us again including your
registeration information. You can still use the mysqld or mysqld-opt
servers on NT, but those cannot be started as a service or use named
pipes.
