Depends on how you export it, and what types of fields you are using in
MS SQL. If they are ANSI 92 SQL compliant, you should not have any
problems - otherwise, you will probably have a problem on most
non-compiant fields, but this can be avoided altering the field type to
its MySQL equivalent.

Also the referential inegrity constraints will be parsed by MySQL, but
ignored.
