Monty,

As a paying MySQL customer (well worth the money!!!), I feel like I'm
at least entitled to an opinion. ;>)

Excellent summation - I think you described the crux of the matter
with this synopsis of the situation.

I hope that NuSphere decides to do the right thing and turn the
domains over to you, since you obviously are the party that should
have them.  Failing this, keeping the facts available to the public
will hopefully cause them to react appropriately.  I, for one, was
considering purchase of their distribution just to get the printed
manuals, but wouldn't have one from them now if they were giving them
away.  Time will tell whether they merit patronage in the future, but
for now, may they waste away...

Thanks to you and those who work with you for the great product, the
great support, the great enhancements!  No one can fail to realize who
deserves the credit for MySQL's tremendous success.  Keep up the good
work!
