Yeah, you can make your own. Put it in the data directory (if you
want it to apply to a particular instance of the MySQL server) or
in /etc (if you want it to apply to any MySQL server running on the
machine). Or you can put it in $HOME/.my.cnf if you only want it
to apply to a certain user.
