hi boris.
the mfc30.dll is used from the odbc administration program.
you have to deselect the installation of the driver manager.
to do this:
when you start the installation of myodbc, the installscript
asks you for the drivers to install. mark the mysql-driver in the
list and then press the "advanced..."-button on the form.
a new window opens with various instalaltion options.
select "do not install driver manager" and go on running the
installscript.
