Yesterday I tried Visio Pro, it's got a module where you specify an
ODBC datasource and get a nice pretty picture of your database
structure.
Alternatively, using Access, create links to all the tables in the
mysql database and add in the relationships in the Relationships window.
Senior Person can then do whatever he wants using Access.
