Hello ,
I have Red Hat 5.2 runnign in my system with the Shadowd password. I
have downloaded
mysql-3.22.24.1
mysql-client-3.22.24.1
mysql-devel-3.22.24.1
all RPMS
And decided to install. In the installation step it says:
Starting mysqld daemon with databases from /usr/share
mysqld daemon ended
And the daemon just get killed by itself. I guess there shouldn't be
big problem in installation as i am using RPM version. And i cannot
run the mysqld.
Can anyone tell me what is wrong?
