writing via web still doesn't work!

I added this:

insert into user
values('localhost','nobody',password(''),'Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','Y','N','N','N','N','N','N','Y','Y');


as root in mysql database, but I still can't modify the fields via Perl request from
web.

Any ideas?
