Oh hogwash! Have you even bothered to work out the figures of those
Mindcraft results? Linux did not get beaten badly. Those benchmarks are
ludicrously so out of this world. Most of us live in the REAL WORLD and
not some fantasy land with unrealistic figures:
For Matthew, Linux can live with more than 1gb with patches. I would
question your hardware purchases if you're seriously interested in real
performance. If cost is not that much of a concern, go with a nice Sun box
and stop playing with toy hardware (x86).

The scaling problem in Linux has already been fixed in 2.3.x. Has FreeBSD
fixed theirs yet? I bet not.
