Subject:Incremental Table Population via sql statement?

Basically, I'm wondering if there's a way to do something like this...

foo     bar     10     20     30
foo     bar     10     21     30
foo     bar     10     22     30
foo     bar     10     23     30
..skip..
foo     bar     10     100    30


in a single sql statement.  Most of the data stays the same, with the
value of one field getting incremented up to a certain value.
