The Perl section of the MySQL Manual is useful (includes doc and links):

Or, you can get them directly from the MySQL download page,
http://www.mysql.com/download.html, in the "Perl Modules" section.  I see
two versions currently listed:

Msql-Mysql-modules 1.2018
Msql-Mysql-modules 1.2200

Or, you could always install it directly from CPAN.
