I actually do not mind it, as long as the person has some description of
what he did and what went wrong :-). And a more specific subject line
always helps.

A few guidelines to get help fast:

- be brief - most people who could solve your problem have a lot of
things to do and may not have time to read a very long message
- be specific - give enough relevalnt info so other can understand what
you are trying to accomplish
- do your homework - ask only for what you cannot figure out yourself
