list newbie - 3.23.0 release timeframe question

I just got on the list and I'm sorry if this is something that is asked way
too much : )

I was just wondering if there was a release timeframe for 3.23.0...someone
on IRC told me COUNT(DISTINCT ) type of stuff would be available in addition
to subselects?
