Subject:What Happened to other dbf2mysql utility.

Some time ago the mysql.com had a converter authored by a gentleman with
the initials KAM (I think).  It seemed very easy too use for perl
users.  Does anybody know where it went?  Or does anyone know where to
actually find a converter that can handle memo fields.  Evertime I try
to access dbf2mysql-1.14 I get an error message to the affect that the
page can not be found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
