I'd need a way to know if a mysql server is running in --log-update mode.

I noticed that the version string printed by 'mysqladmin -version'
ends with '-log' when the server is logging. (ex: 3.22.23b-log).

Will this still be true in the following versions, and can I depend on 
it ?
