I reported this problem on the list one or two months ago. We have BSDi
4.0.1 and MySQL 3.23.16 on 1 server and MySQL 3.22.28 on another server.
We have all latest patch installed for 4.0.1 on BSDi servers.
Long queries monopolizes mysqld.
If you get some solutions to this problem, we do appreciate if you can post
it on the website.
