Perl-CGI-DBI Missing Files?

Hi, on Linux (RedHat 5.2) I have successfully loaded MySQL, Perl, DBI. The
Perl script (test.pl) that comes with DBI works fine. On trying to run the
bench I get an error message that contains:

 failed: Can't locate File/Spec.pm in @INC

As I am new to Perl and DBI, could soemone please explain how to install the
MySQL DBI driver.
