Import mySQL on local Server

Hello all,

we have a problem importing an internet database onto our local server.
Since we have no ftp access, we cannot download the files. All we can do is
manipulate the data with given mySQL-tools.

We tried to import the db via myODBC, but this wouldn't help, because all
the relations and Auto_Increments will be lost then.

Is there a special command to import/export or copy databases from one
server to another?
