Pulling the WIDTH="100%" out of the table definitions would make the
documentation more readable.  There's also something that forces a scroll
bar at the bottom in Netscape 4.51.  This is a real pain when searching
and one side of the screen is always cut off.

If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them
down?  We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.
