log rotatation in 3.21.19 and maybe others

According to the manual section on log rotatation, to
close and open the log files one needs to use mysqladmin
flush-logs. However, this applies only to newer versions
of MySQL ( 3.22.x ?) . In 3.21.19 ( maybe all 3.21.x ?)
mysqladmin flush-logs does not work, but you can use
mysqladmin refresh . Monty, I think this can be added to
the manual when you have a second.
