It was discussed the other day about the rpm's from mysql.com
(3.22.22-1) setting incorrect perm's on givin directories on and under
/var/lib/mysql
cd /var/lib
ls -l
.

I believe someone was going to check those rpm's ?
As you see here, the only 0700 perms are set for newly created databases.
