CGI++ update

CGI+ 0.3 is available at
http://www.sashanet.com/internet/download/cgi++-0.3.tar.gz

In this release:

 - fixed the parsing for input to make it work with
multiple forms. 
 - added mail macros
 - added #line into the generated code to help track
down C++ errors to CGI++ source.
 
Monty, I tried to drop it off at
ftp://www.mysql.com/pub/mysql/Incoming and got
Permission denied.
