If you are not doing PHP, mod_perl, FastCGI or some
other things that are Apache-specific, the web server
you are using should not make any difference as long as
it is capabable of executing a process or loading a
shared library and calling some function in it. Netscape
server can execute CGIs, so you should be able to get
things to work without much difficulty.
