Thanks again to the MySQL Developers Team members, Miguel and Sasha.  
Thanks to Rick, who sent me detailed instructions,  and Bill, who sent me the php3.ini
file to look at.

I think I now have all the files complete and where they should be, except for the my.ini,
for which I still am looking.  Hopefully, I'll find it.

Whew!  All  your suggestions and opinions were helpful.  (And I *am* seriously considering
Linux <g>.)

When I get this project done in a few weeks, I'll send you all a pizza.  (Did I really say
that?)
