Fw: Install problem, win95

Hello all--

Well, I'm still having problems installing MySQL on win95.  Can anyone help?
I've been following the readme file and am up to (my page 3 in readme)

    "Starting MySQL (this will start mysqld in the background without a
window):
        bin\mysqld"

> 1)   mysqld.exe    is in      c:\mysql\bin
>
> Clicking on mysql.exe results in a black screen appearing then
disappearing after a second.
>
> 2)   my-example  is in      c:\mysql
>
> Clicking on my-example results in a NetMeeting session request (!).
