Also, you might try Roxen (www.roxen.com).  It supports MySQL natively and a
query looks like this:

<sqloutput query="SELECT first, last FROM people WHERE id=4">
#last#, #first# <br>
</sqloutput>

It's really simple -- probably moreso than PHP, which uses an icky syntax
(a-la ASP) IMHO =)
