One more thread problem on HP-UX, or maybe it's the same, who knows...
mit_threads/test/test_fork hangs after printing the parent process ID.
Maybe this is the reason why mysqld 3.22.21 simply hangs without even printing
the message "ready for connections".
The test_fork problem only occurs on machines with the latest set of Y2K system patches
from HP.
The test case runs successfully on HP-UX 10,20 machines with a pre-Y2K patchlevel.
