humm, never mind -- this is affecting one of my tables without a "time"
column.

this is really frustrating :(

I checked the log to see what Acess was trying to do before this error came
up:

000218  9:31:51     542 Query      UPDATE venues SET
longitude=-1.19733183999999990e+002  WHERE id = 93 AND longname = 'Total
Sports' AND address1 = '600 Spice Island Drive' AND address2 IS NULL AND
city = 'Sparks' AND state = 'NV' AND zip = '89431' AND country IS NULL AND
type = 'Ice' AND latitude IS NULL AND longitude IS NULL AND verified = 0 AND
submittedby = 'JoAnn'

as you can see below, "longitude" is a decimal -- I put "119.733184" in
access, and the above shows it tried to put -1.19... I removed all of the
clauses where it had "IS NULL" and then the query worked... weird eh?
Hopefully someone can figure this out! :)

mysql> describe venues;
