Subject:WIN mySQL

I would like to particicate in the developers program from mySQL for
WIN.  We currrently use MS SQL and Oracle for our DB servers but I would
like to  investigate migrating to mySQL. By the way, are there plans to
implement stored procecedures for mySQL. Thanks
