First, isamchk your tables ( repair if needed).

If the problems still happens, this looks like a segfault in mysql.

See if you can repeat the problem in a separate database, and send us the
trouble tables -- put everything in a tarball with a readme file, and drop it
off to ftp://ftp.mysql.com/pub/mysql/secret
