duplicates in LOAD DATA INFILE

Loading data infile stops on indexed duplicates instead of skipping them.
Is there a way to change that ? I would like to avoid the importation of
duplicates at this time.
If it is not possible how may I easily delete from table duplicates (non
indexed in this case of course).
