Server version          3.21.33b

I do not knot how to run the mysqlaccess script during a telnet connection
to my virtual server (hosted at Iserver/Verio).
When I type:
mysql < mysqlaccess
I always get the following error message:
"ERROR 1064 at line 3: parse error near 'package MySQLaccess' at line 1".

Sorry for my low skill in scripts and Unix but I need some help to run that
script to solve an "access denied" problem trying to export Access tables to
MySQL using ODBC.
