Oracle Equivalent Utilities

Hello all,

Does anyone know if there is a MySQL equivalent of the
SQL*Loader utility and the Pro*C compiler used by the
Oracle database product?

If anyone knows about the existence of such equivalents,
would you respond to my question with a cc: to my
personal email address.
