Unsubscribe from the list with the address shown at the bottom of most
list messages.

Subscribe to the digest by mailing: mysql-subscribe@stripped

The digests are at least every other day, but in practice the
size/message number limits are reached earlier so it actually comes
2(-3) times per day. Making it less often causes more bounces by
systems rejecting mail > e.g. 200K.
