How does load data into work in MySQL?

Hi guys
    Right now I always need to use "load data into " command. And it works
very well.
    I have 2 questions for this command.


  1:   The first is how does it work in MySQL? Hope that you could tell me
the things don't  metion in

  2:  I had met when I was loading data into MySQL , the io-await wolud
increment the repsonse time. Why
