Default Values for Max User and Max Connections.

Hello All, 

Question. In mysql 5.5 what are the defaults for these values:

max_connections = ?		(is this set to 151 in 5,5)
max_user_connections = ?	(is this set to unlimited unless you provide the exact number)?
