currently running MySQL 5.1.56 on RHEL 5.6 (latest supported version)
Our MySQL server has been running for months with no issues, however
as of two days ago there is ONE InnoDB: Error: unlock row could not
find a 5 mode lock on the record error in the MySQL error log.
No errors after that or errors in any other log. The system seems to
be running smoothly.
It is a master running mixed binary logging. The slave is up to date
and not recording any errors.
