Admin: unsubscribe instructions

As you can see, the trailers now [usually] have personalized
unsubscribe instructions which will work from anywhere. Please avoid
quoting the trailer in follow-ups since it makes it confusing for
readers.

If you operate an archive or a gateway, remember that you need to
filter out messages from 'list-help@stripped' where "list" is
the list local name (mysql for this list). Otherwise, readers of the
archive/gateway can unsubscribe it [even without the unsubscribe info
in the trailer].
