Here are some possible locations where i used to instruct

 

1)http://www.aictrain.com ..they are primarily boston based not sure if they have any
online courses yet

2)http://www.champlain.com 
Champlain has a a number of online courses..if you have any questions ask program
coordinator gary his address is 
savard@stripped

 

My understanding is that oracle may offer some DBA courses in the future
