escape quotes

I'm trying to replace this:

but

UPDATE `jos_content` SET `introtext` = replace(`introtext`,"<h2
style=\"margin: 0px 0px 5px; padding: 0px; font-family: 'Trebuchet
MS',Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-weight: bold; line-height: 30px;
font-size: 30px; color: #b4b4be;\">","<h2>")

just gives me 0 results...

How do I correctly replace and unescape the quote?
