Bin log unsafe events with log_bin_trust_function_creators option.

Hello,

In description of log_bin_trus_function_creators I found:
"This variable applies when binary logging is enabled. It controls
whether stored function creators can be trusted not to create stored
functions that will cause unsafe events to be written to the binary
log".

Could somebody explain me what kind of unsafe events this option can
cause besides replication and writing data directly to the slave server?
