All Dear friends

İ am mentioning  that 2 different server....

one is running on mysql 4.1  (Current) (dumped)
the other is 5.1..xxx  (New) (restored)

İ solved my problem in such a way that i droped in my new server mysql and
test databases

mysql> show databases;
+-------------------------------+
| Database                  |
+--------------------------------+
| information_schema |
| mysql                         |
| test                            |
+--------------------------------+


Than restore my backup finally no any error.
