Oops.  I only read the replies and not the original post.  Assuming
there are many other values for the "office" field, you might want

SELECT * FROM team WHERE office = 'Exec' UNION
SELECT * FROM team WHERE office = 'VP'  UNION
SELECT * FROM team WHERE office = 'Dir';
