Workbench Questions

I've downloaded the MySQL Workbench, and am playing around with it.  Pretty 
nifty program.  However, I'm having trouble figuring out how to use it, and 
I can't seem to find any documentation for it anywhere.  Here are a couple 
of questions:

1) Is there documentation anywhere?  If so, where can I find it.
2) How do I enter Triggers onto a table?
