row number discrepancy while enabling keys

Hi,

Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out why I keep getting the following
error?  The table is newly created and then 14 LOAD DATA calls are made to load
approximately 24-30 million rows.  Its a simple MyISAM table, no triggers, proceedures
etc with a couple of simple indexes.  Any help would be appreciated.
