PHP on Roxen is redundant. If you look a bit deeper, you'll see that
Roxen has its own client side scripting language, RXML, which provides a
very rich environment for developing web apps. It also has an excellent
web server built in - providing the easiest server config I've ever
seen. I've never run any performance comparisons, though...
