Could someone please confirm that this is a valid way of making a Snapshot: * Issue a "flush tables with read lock;" * Issue a "flush logs;" * Create the Snapshot * Issue an "unlock tables;" The reason I ask is that this list is the only place I can find reference to this procedure. Everywhere else talks about either mysqldump or the InnoDB Hot Backup utility for making online backups. Thanks in advance!
